iManager Communications Server

The iManager Communications Server (iCS) is a powerful, soft-switch based communications platform.  As part of the iSeries product family the iCS adds rich call control to existing and new endpoint devices.

The iCS software provides voice applications and voice service management using Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).  A variety of standard and specialist media transmission types are supported to facilitate multi-party call types and deliver low latency operation.

iCS provides clients with multiple intercom services including, Audio Distribution, Point 2 Point, Broadcasts, Alerts, Hoot ‘n’ Holler and Conference calls.  Deployable in single and multi-site configurations, iCS is highly scalable from low user count, stand-alone solutions to global enterprise wide facilities.  The choice of interactions allows users to collaborate with each other directly or choose to distribute information to multiple parties by the most efficient method.

The iCS appliance is delivered on a single platform built on a Linux operating system ensuring a robust, stable and secure platform for mission critical communications applications.

iCS deployment is optimised to ensure swift and comprehensive roll out is archived with minimal overheads.

The endpoint permissions and capabilities are defined using the iManager portal and are stored in the iManager Centralised Management System Database.

Endpoints register to the iManager Centralised Management System (iCMS) automatically and are assigned network and application profile information.  The environment can be managed using policies and user groups with reporting available for infrastructure and user permissions.
