SE 708
The SE 708 is a future proof voice endpoint that supports a digital connection to the SB 534 trader voice platform and a future IP capability for the Speakerbus iManager Communications Server (iCS).
Engineered for a multi-role capability, the SE 708 has a nonblocking VoIP architecture and audio sub-system that will provide the combined functionality of telephony, intercom and multichannel speaker unit.
To enable operation in a traditional digital environment the SE 708 supports the current SB 534 subscriber line connection with a software load to provide emulation of all SB 534 functions as currently provided by SE 407 digital station. This Digital Emulation mode enables existing digital intercom platform customers to plan their migration to IP while preserving their investment in the desk station.
